Rovers' Boxing Day clash with Leeds United at Elland Road will now be streamed live.
Leeds United made the request to the EFL after selling out all tickets in the home sections.
Tickets for the festive fixture are no longer available and there will be no sales on the day of the game.
Fans who are unable to make the trip to Elland Road will now be able to watch the match live by subscribing to the iFollow Rovers service, available here.
