Rovers Under-23s striker Dan Butterworth has been nominated for the Premier League 2 Player of the Month award for the second time this season.
Whilst November was a disappointing month for Damien Johnson's side, who suffered defeats to Manchester City, Everton and West Ham, Butterworth's performances didn't go unnoticed by the opposition.
The 19-year-old has been shortlisted for the monthly prize along with Brighton's Aaron Connolly, Everton's Nathaneglo Markelo, Leicester's Joshua Knight, West Brom's Callum Morton and Wolves' Sadou Diallo.
Butterworth, who made his Rovers debut in the League Cup victory against Lincoln City earlier this season, was also shortlisted for the September award.
The winner will be announced at 10am on Friday December 14th.
