Bradley Dack says he wants to keep finding the back of the net, but he's happy to be creator if needed, following a strike and a trio of assists at the weekend.
It was an excellent team display from every single Rover against Sheffield Wednesday, with Dack bagging his 11th goal of the season in all competitions.
Danny Graham hit a hat-trick to take himself to eight strikes for the season, and although Dack admits the competition for goals is healthy, he's happy to help out in any possible way.
“We had a meeting this week that went on for a couple of hours. We went through a lot, the mistakes we made, and we put things right," the 24-year-old told iFollow Rovers when reflecting on Saturday's victory.
“We’re at our best when we’re on the front foot, pressing teams and showing a real desire to win those second balls. We played in their half and dominated the majority of the game.
“We showed great character to respond after they scored their goals. It was nice for Dan to get the fourth one and complete his hat-trick. It made the last couple of minutes much more enjoyable.
“I’m buzzing for him. I always remind him that I’m top goalscorer at the moment but he’s let me know after the game that he’s back on my heels now!
“It’s healthy competition though. It doesn’t matter who scores the goals, as long as we win. That’s his first hat-trick for 10 years."
