There may have been a few people from other clubs who questioned whether Bradley Dack would step up to the Championship, but inside the camp, there was never any doubt.
That's according to Elliott Bennett, who spoke to iFollow Rovers after another match-winning Dack display earned the points at Hull City on Saturday.
It's now four goals from four games for Brad in all competitions this term, and Benno is loving what he's seeing from the 24-year-old so far.
“He is a fantastic, fantastic footballer. I don't want to talk him up too much but we see it every day in training," Elliott said to iFollow Rovers.
"He's a top man as well. His human qualities are just as good as his on the pitch qualities and he will go a long way in the game for sure.
“He's a pleasure to play with and there shouldn't have been any question marks about whether he could step up to the level or not. We never had any doubts in him.
“The difference in the level, we are still 11 men v 11 men but you cannot take Bradley's technical ability away for him. Whether it's League One or the Championship, he produces the goods.
“I had no doubts we'd start well. We have a real solid group of players and the gaffer has added to that over the summer as well."
Don't forget, Rovers are back in action on Wednesday 22nd August when Reading head to Ewood Park and you can get tickets for the clash against the Royals by clicking here.
