The EFL title sponsor Sky Bet are introducing a new Golden Boot trophy for the 2017/18 season to mark the top goalscorers of each of the EFL divisions.

There will also be an all-new Sky Bet EFL Golden Glove award for the goalkeeper who keeps the most clean sheets in the division.

David Raya is just one clean sheet behind Wigan's Christian Walton with 17 and with two games remaining for both, our Spanish stopper - who was named in the EFL Team of the Season for League One - will be hoping to pip to Brighton & Hove Albion loanee to the prize.

In Sky Bet League One, it will take a lot for the favourites to be hauled in, with Peterborough’s Jack Marriott a 1/500 shot for the award.

Marriott (26 goals) is currently four ahead of his nearest rival – Portsmouth’s Brett Pitman (22) - and is the top goalscorer throughout the three EFL divisions, but his goals have only been good enough to bring Peterborough to just outside the Play-Off positions.

In the event of a tie for either the most goals or clean sheets, two trophies will be awarded and the title will be shared.

Good luck to David, but it will take some clinical finishing for either Bradley Dack or Danny Graham to pip Marriott to the gong!
