Tony Mowbray is after another positive display from his Rovers players for the trip to Milton Keynes Dons on Monday afternoon.

At the start of a final full month of the season, Mowbray's men head to Buckinghamshire looking to complete a double against the Dons following out 4-1 win at Ewood Park against them earlier in the campaign.

But Dan Micciche's side have upped their games in recent weeks and come into the match unbeaten in four and with three wins in that good run.

So with eight games to go for Rovers - who still have work to do to seal promotion - and nine for an MK Dons side who are not yet out of the relegation mire, it's all to play for.

So how does the boss assess things?

"They have won again on Thursday night and I think they've won three of their last four," Mowbray said when talking to iFollow Rovers about the game.

"Their tails will be up and what I do know is that they're a football team who will definitely ask questions of us. They have some decent players and pass the ball around.

"It's the next test for us. We're Blackburn Rovers and we'll go down there to win. We're not bothered about the opposition's jersey, the badge or the name on the back of the shirt.

"We'll be looking to head down there and produce another positive performance."
