Tony Mowbray is taking us up, and speaking after that promotion-clinching victory against Doncaster, he admitted it was great to see his players let their hair down post-match.
Pressure has been on the Rovers players ever since the start of the campaign, but after Charlie Mulgrew's match-winner with 10 minutes to go, the club clinched a return to the Championship at the first time of asking.
And that sparked brilliant scenes in the stands, in the changing room and on the pitch, too.
“It’s bouncing and it's amazing to see how professional people all year round can turn into small children very quickly!" the boss said with a grin across his face to reporters.
“It is a long, long season and we were all there at the start of the season when we lost our first two games. The home game against Doncaster the fans let the team know that it wasn’t good enough.
“The great thing is that the players have reacted and have lost once in our last 33 games. I’m so pleased for the players and delighted for the fans.
“I feel the club is facing the right direction in heading back upwards. It’s a big summer for me and the club and my mind is on competing.
“The dressing room is wild. A lot of young lads work in the world of social media and phones were pointing in people’s faces. I’m happy for everybody."
