Rovers Ladies ran out impressive 6-1 winners over local rivals AFC Fylde to keep their title chase firmly on track.
Natasha Flint kept up her fine scoring form, grabbing a hat-trick against her former club, whilst Saffron Jordan and Kaylea Cunliffe were also on target.
Jordan opened the scoring when a set-piece was spilled by the Fylde keeper and the Rovers attacker pounced inside the six-yard box.
Rovers doubled their lead on the quarter-hour mark when another set-piece caused chaos in the Fylde defence and Ellie Cook’s pressure forced an own goal.
Flint then took advantage of a defensive mix-up to poke the ball past the keeper and effectively end the contest before the break.
The hosts did pull a goal back with 10 minutes remaining when former Rovers skipper Hannah Forster bent the ball into the corner past Danielle Hill, but Flint restored Rovers' three-goal lead with a smart low drive just two minutes later.
The former Fylde forward then completed her hat-trick with the goal of the game, as a wonderful flick lobbed the keeper to make it five.
And in injury time, Flint turned provider, as her deep cross was controlled by Cunliffe, who then placed the ball inside the far post to round-off the rout.
The result moved reigning champions Rovers above Sunday's cup final opponents Leicester City into second place, just a point behind league leaders Middlesbrough, with two games in hand and five matches remaining.
