After appearing for the 100th time in Rovers colours, Danny Graham has credited everyone involved at the club for a superb effort, ahead of the final, crucial six games of the season.

Graham marked his milestone match with the winner against Southend on Saturday to take him to the top of the Rovers goalscoring charts alongside Bradley Dack.

His 16th of the season sealed another vital three points for Rovers in their assault for promotion back to the Championship and he admitted the whole day was a "delightful" one.

“I got told before the game that it was my 100th appearance for Blackburn which I’m delighted with. To top it off with a goal and a win is delightful," Graham told iFollow Rovers.

“Hopefully there is a few more between now and the end of the season to help us over the line.

“Credit to the boys, the gaffer and the supporters who travel up and down the country.

“It’s been a collective effort throughout the season and we need to stick together for these last six games.

“They are massive, we know that, but we go in to it with great confidence and hopefully we can do another job on Tuesday night."

And on Tuesday's trip to Priestfield to tackle Gillingham, Graham says if Rovers do their job then it piles the pressure on the chasing pack, which includes Shrewsbury, who play on Thursday evening.

“We go down to Gillingham looking to do the same and get three points and that would take us seven points above them and then the pressure would really be on them," he added. "That’s out of our hands, but we'll keep focussing on ourselves."

Don't forget that Rovers are next in action on Tuesday night at Gillingham and tickets remain for the trip to Priestfield. You can purchase yours by clicking here.
