Rovers stopper David Raya insists there's no better player in League One than team-mate Bradley Dack, after another excellent display from Rovers' number 23.
Dack hit his 16th strike of the season midway through the second half on his 200th career league appearance, when Rovers beat Bradford on Thursday night.
Raya also reached a milestone on his 50th appearance for Rovers and celebrated it with a 14th clean sheet of the season to put him top of the Golden Glove league.
And speaking afterwards, the Spaniard says Dack's consistency and quality puts him above the rest in the division.
“Bradley is a great player and when he gets put through like that I knew it was going to be a goal and knew where he was going to put it. He scores them in training all the time," David admitted to iFollow Rovers.
“We have a joke in training about it with him scoring against me and me stopping him from scoring, but in games you always know you can rely on him.
“He’s the best player in this division in my opinion. I’m not saying that because he’s my team-mate, I’m saying it because he shows it every week. Nobody in this league can get near him."
Don't forget that Rovers are back in action on Easter Monday when we head down to Milton Keynes Dons in Sky Bet League One. Tickets remain available for the clash against Dan Micciche's men and can be purchased by clicking here.
