It was a day to remember for a number of young Rovers who participated in our Junior Rovers Easter Egg Hunt just before we took on Bradford on Thursday.

Over 60 youngsters got involved in the event, which took place at Ewood Park on Thursday afternoon, taking in plenty of Rovers areas!

Familiar locations at Ewood, including the GAME Room, Roverstore, Blues Bar, Strikers, The Blackburn Rovers Indoor Centre and many more were all searched in prior to meeting midfielder Ben Gladwin in Blues, who was ready and waiting to hand out some cracking Easter goodie bags.

Gladwin posed for photos and signed autograph books, and speaking afterwards was delighted to see plenty of smiles on fans' faces.

"It's been a great event and you can see the kids have really enjoyed themselves," Ben said. "They look like they've had brilliant time and great credit has to be given for how well the event was attended and set up.

"I've played for a few clubs but I'd have to say that the amount of work that we as a club do for these sort of events is the best I've been at.

"These supporters are the future of the club and I'm sure there'll be even more attending the next one we put on. It was great to meet them all!"
