Tony Mowbray admits Rovers miss Craig Conway when he isn't in the team.

The popular Scot has started four league games this season for Rovers, and has been on the winning side on each occasion.

But as the midfielder sits out this evening's match against Rotherham United, the manager knows he'll be a big loss in the dressing room as well as out on the pitch.

"We miss his drive, we miss his energy, and we miss his nouse really," said Mowbray.

"His knowledge of where to be and when to be there, I think he is a miss.

"He is a motivational miss for the group as well, an inspiration at times for the team.

"When he doesn't play I think the team lacks a little bit of the drive that he brings."
