Dominic Samuel says team sprit on and off the pitch is reaping it's rewards in terms of recent results.
The summer signing from Reading believes the togetherness amongst the group has brought the squad closer together, and that has lead to improved performances on the pitch.
Rovers are eyeing a fifth consecutive league victory when AFC Wimbledon visit Ewood Park tomorrow afternoon, with Samuel feeling the confidence in the camp is growing ever higher.
"Everyone in the last four games has been right at it," said the striker.
"We've been sticking together and that is what this club has needed.
"Around the stadium, in the changing room, at the training ground, everybody is in a happy mood and it is important that we keep taking that into the next games.
"Football is a team sport, and especially after the game against Doncaster, it wasn't the best performance. So it was important that we stuck together as a team.
"We kept going into the next game, we put in the hard work and what we learned from the Doncaster game and that is what is making us perform better and wining games.
"I think when you get that connection off the pitch you take it onto the pitch and work harder for each other.
"This club is like a family, there is no outsider, everyone is close to each other and I think that is what has been showing in the last few games."
