Dates for the Under-23s Premier League Cup campaign have now been finalised.
Rovers have been placed with Southampton, Watford and Cardiff City in the group stage of the competition.
Damien Johnson's side start on Friday 29th September with a home game against Cardiff City at the Lancashire FA County Ground, Leyland - kick-off 7.00pm.
They play their three away games consecutively in November at Watford, December at Southampton, and in January against Cardiff, before finishing off the group with home games against the Hornets and the Saints at Leyland next February.
The full fixture list can be found on the Under-23s page here.
The top two teams from each of the eight groups go through to the last 16 of the competition, which are one-off knockout ties from then on.
Rovers progressed through the group stages last season before being knocked out by eventual winners Swansea City.
• Meanwhile Rovers have been drawn away to either Accrington Stanley or Morecambe in the quarter-final of the Lancashire FA Senior Cup.
