Bradley Dack is looking forward to facing former mates when Rovers take on Gillingham at Ewood Park tomorrow.

The 23-year-old spent five years at the Kent club before securing a switch to Rovers this summer for a £750,000 fee.

Dack enjoyed his time at the Priestfield Stadium, but insists it is all about getting the right result for Rovers this Saturday.

"It will be nice to see a few familiar faces, but it is business and we are going out to beat them," said the attacker.

"I want to win even more because I played for them for five years, so I'm sure it will be enjoyable.

"I lived close to the area, so I've grown up with the players, it was just like playing with your mates really. I had a few successful seasons, I really enjoyed my time there.

"But I think it was the right time to go, I needed to kick on and go further in my career and unfortunately that wasn't the club that I could do it at.

"It (Rovers) is a great place to play football, the training ground has got everything, it is another step up from Gillingham, and playing at Ewood Park every week isn't too bad.

"I've got a few family and friends coming up from down south the watch the game so hopefully we can give them three points."
