Charlie Mulgrew and Craig Conway will both be given late checks ahead of tomorrow night's trip to Scunthorpe United.
Mulgrew missed Saturday's win over Rochdale after failing to recover in time from an ankle injury picked up whilst on international duty, whilst fellow Scot Conway came off after sustaining a bang to the hip midway through the second half at Spotland.
Rovers will still be without Ryan Nyambe and Scott Wharton who both have ankle knocks, with Darragh Lenihan absent for a couple of months after undergoing surgery on a broken foot, leaving Mowbray with a similar squad to select from to Saturday.
"We are just looking at a few knocks," said the Rovers boss.
"Craig Conway took a bang on the hip, we'll check on Charlie Mulgrew today and see how much improve there has been.
"But apart from that it won't be too different from the weekend.
"Ryan Nyambe isn't training yet but he is not too far away, he might be back on the grass in the next few days, and then it is a steady build-up from that.
"He's a fit lad so once he gets passed the pain threshold he should be able to push on pretty quickly and get back into the group. It isn't a long-term injury, it is ten days to two weeks."
