As many as three Rovers first-teamers are in contention to feature for their respective countries on Sunday evening.

After helping Scotland to a vital 1-0 victory over Slovakia in midweek, Blues captain Charlie Mulgrew is in line to feature against Slovenia in Ljubljana tonight.

Gordon Strachan's men sit two points adrift on Group F leaders England, and are just 90 minutes away from potentially securing their place in the World Cup qualification play-offs.

Elsewhere, midfielder Corry Evans and Northern Ireland will be looking to cement their spot in the knockout stage with a win against Norway in Oslo.

Michael O'Neill's side suffered a rare defeat at home to Germany on Thursday, with Evans playing 80 minutes, and now need just a point to be sure of their spot.

As always, the winners of each group will qualify automatically for next year's tournament in Russia, with the best eight runners-up battling it out to join them.

Finally, Rovers goalkeeper Jayson Leutwiler could be in action with Canada on Sunday evening; they will meet El Salvador for a friendly in Houston, Texas.

Keep an eye out on our official Twitter page to see which of the players are involved in the respective matches.
