Rovers are delighted to announce that Lewis Hardcastle has signed a new contract with the club.
The young midfielder has put pen-to-paper on a deal which will see him stay at Ewood Park until the summer of 2019.
Hardcastle has captained Rovers' Under-23 side this season, and scored his second goal of the campaign during Monday's 2-2 draw with West Brom.
The 19-year-old joins the likes of Ryan Nyambe, Scott Wharton and Willem Tomlinson in commiting his future to the club in recent weeks.
Everyone at Rovers would like to congratulate Lewis on his new contract.
