A hat-trick of local worthy causes have benefited from Rovers’ £2,000 share of the FA Community Shield Fund.
Pitchside presentations were made at Ewood Park by senior club staff to Blackburn & District Blind Society, East Lancashire Hospice and Blackburn & Darwen District Without Abuse.
Each chosen charity received a cheque for £666.66 as part of the club’s annual allocation from The FA.
