Tony Mowbray wasn't surprised to learn that the Rovers will be cheered on by a sellout crowd at Griffin Park this Sunday lunchtime.
The 1600 allocation was quickly snapped up after Rovers took their fight to the final day with the 1-0 win over Aston Villa last weekend.
The Rovers boss has been delighted with the backing that he and the players have received since taking over and hopes to send the blue and white faithful home happy.
"First and foremost it doesn't surprise me as I think the support has been fantastic," Mowbray told Rovers PlayerHD.
"The away support has been immensely vocal and supportive of the team and so it doesn't surprise me that the tickets have sold out.
"We will go and do our very very best to help their club stay in this league.
"I hope that they can ask of us to show some heart, some passion, some desire, and hope there's some quality, score some goals and hopefully celebrate with them at the end.
"The we can thank them for the money they've spent this year, the time they've spent this year away from their families travelling up and down the country watching their team.
"Hopefully there's a small reward for them at the end of it."
