Niggles and knocks to be checked

Rovers have a few bumps and bruises heading into Sunday's match against Brentford but Tony Mowbray doesn't envisage it will stop him selecting his strongest team.

A couple of the players have been nursing knocks heading into the final match of the season, however the Rovers boss believes they'll have to be serious to stop the players from pulling on the shirt come 12 noon on Sunday.

"There've been one or two who haven't trained this week who've got a few niggles and strains," said Mowbray.

"So it hasn't been an entirely smooth week for us but with one game to go as long as their knocks and niggles aren't going to cause a serious problem then I'm sure we are going to pick from the players that were available last week.

"Unless there's an injury that the medical department feel would significantly worsen through playing then I think we get on with it."

Tickets for Sunday's match at Griffin Park have now all sold out. Why not listen to full match commentary on Rovers PlayerHD. Our broadcast starts at approximately 11.45am.
