Sam Gallagher believes there are positive signs with the way the club have progressed since the arrival of new boss Tony Mowbray.
After four points from the first his two games in charge the young striker has been impressed with the manager's methods and feels that given time on the training ground, they'll be able to turn things around.
"I feel like all the players and everyone around the club has adapted well to the different training methods and routines, and I think it has helped us definitely," said Gallagher.
"In the last two games you have seen good performances and four points on the board so it is going well.
"With the way that Tony wants us to play, he wants us to be well-organised, a passing team, fluent, and that is obviously something that is not going to happen overnight.
"We all know we are going to work on it. We've had a lot of games as well so we haven't had a lot of time on the training ground. But from the time we've had I don't think we could have changed much more. It is definitely the kind of system and with the kind of manager that we've got it is only going to get better over time.
"So we are looking forward to seeing the improvement."
