Tommie Hoban selected four lucky winners to come and see Blackburn Rovers free of charge as he visited Holy Souls Primary School to tie in with the Big 4 promotion.
Making a welcome return to first team affairs after his lengthy spell on the sidelines, the Irish under-21 international was a popular guest at the school, helping year six to further their recent interview techniques.
Hoban was quizzed on topics such as his favourite five-a-side team, his cheekiest team mate, who he supported as a boy and who should win the age-old Messi v Ronaldo debate, giving enthusiastic answers to a quick-fire flurry of questions.
As a reward for asking the most tantalising teasers, four lucky pupils were selected to win a pair of tickets each for Saturday's home Championship clash with Preston North End, with Tommie taking the chance to remind the children that it's the first game of the fantastic Big 4 ticket deal!
If you'd like to see the remaining quartet of Ewood Park fixtures against PNE, Barnsley, Bristol City and Aston Villa for as little as £60 adults, £36 for 18 to 21-year-olds and seniors aged 65+ or £16 for under 18s, get your Big 4 ticket right through until Saturday's 1pm kick-off by calling 01254 372000, online at www.eticketing.co.uk/onerovers, the Roverstore or our matchday ticket office in the Blackburn End.
Holy Souls Primary Schools were the lucky beneficiaries of Tommie's visit thanks to their continued support and promotion of the Premier League Primary Stars education programme, delivered by Blackburn Rovers Community Trust. If you'd like to try and enjoy the same benefits for your primary school through the scheme, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
