Tony Mowbray has praised the character of his squad after coming through their latest challenge with credit.
Following on from the 2-2 draw at Norwich on Saturday, it was the same scoreline at Craven Cottage on Tuesday night as Rovers stunted Fulham's play-off ambitions whilst moving themselves out of the bottom three.
The head coach admitted that he was tempted to put weekend hero Lucas Joao in from the start last night, but the Portuguese forward stepped off the bench to grab a last gasp leveller.
"Lucas Joao came off the bench at Norwich at the weekend and scored two so people will be asking why he hasn't started," said Mowbray.
"But you sometimes have to show faith with the group of players that have done so well so far.
"But I'm not just happy with the 11, I'm happy with all 18 of them. They've all dug in, they stick together and you can see why they don't lose matches.
"They believe in each other and trust in each other and the spirit in the dressing after these games since I've come in has been fantastic.
"We've given ourselves a chance, we now have to back up the draws with wins now."
Rovers are back in action this Saturday when Preston North End are the visitors to Ewood Park.
