Rovers will kick off their 2017-18 campaign on the road with an away trip to Southend United on the opening weekend of the season.
Tony Mowbray's side will travel to Roots Hall to take on the Shrimpers on Saturday 5th August.
Ewood plays host to it's first League One match seven days later when newly promoted Doncaster Rovers are the visitors, before a trip to Valley Parade to face a Bradford City side that missed out in last season's play-off final.
Rovers end the opening month at home to Milton Keynes Dons on Saturday 26th.
There's a busy Christmas and New Year period with four games in the space of ten days. Rovers travel to Sixfields, the home of Northampton Town, on Saturday 23rd December, before a home games on Boxing Day against Rochdale, and Scunthorpe United on Saturday December 30th.
Rovers are away on New Years Day, but it isn't too far to travel for supporters as they face Rotherham United at the AESSEAL New York Stadium.
The Easter weekend sees Rovers at home to Bradford City on Saturday 31st March, with a trip to MK Dons two days later.
The final match of the season takes place on home soil as Rovers entertain Oxford United on Saturday 5th May 2018 with a 5.30pm kick-off.

As always, the fixture list is subject to change due to the requirements of television broadcasters, the police, or any mutual agreement with one of our opponents.
Two dates that could fall under that category are our home games against Bristol Rovers on Saturday 25th November, and Wigan Athletic on Saturday 3rd March, as near-neighbours Burnley are scheduled to be at home on both those days.
