After a week of intensive training, Craig Conway is looking forward to facing Sparta Prague later today.
The players have been putting in the hard yards in Austria with double training sessions every day, but the Scot has found the time away with the squad enjoyable.
"When you say to people you are going away to a foreign country people think it is a holiday, but it is definitely not, it is far from that," said the midfielder.
"We don't get to see the sights or anything like that.
"It has been a great week training, double sessions every day, so it has been really good.
"After the first week when you have done all the testing and a bit of running it is nice to get a change of scenery.
"It has been a really great week and all the lads are enjoying it. It is great for the new lads as well getting to know the lads that are here.
"The lads have come back really fit so everybody is feeling good and looking forward to getting into the games now."

Rovers bring their week away to a close with a match against Sparta Prague this afternoon, and Conway is anticipating a good match against the experienced Czechs.
He added: "It is a game to look forward to, you are playing against a top side which is good to test yourself against that.
"They have some top players so everybody is looking forward to the game, we've got a good squad of players so it will definitely be a good test for us."
