Lucas Joao has fond memories of playing at Ewood Park - and he hopes to get back out there in front of the Rovers fans this week.
The 23-year-old striker, who has joined on loan from Sheffield Wednesday, netted a late leveller for the Owls in last season's 2-2 draw at Ewood Park.
And with two big home games coming up this week - against Leeds United on Wednesday night and QPR at the weekend - the Portugal international hopes to remind the Rovers fans what he can do and repay the faith shown in him by manager Owen Coyle.
"Yes, I remember that goal," said Joao, who headed home an 84th-minute equaliser for Sheffield Wednesday against Rovers last season.
"It’s a nice stadium and a great atmosphere, so I think the next couple of months will be very good for me.
"If the manager wants me to play against Leeds, of course I’ll play a role in the game.
"He has told me he believes in my quality and he has asked me to help the team and that’s exactly what I intend to do."
Tickets for match against Leeds United are currently on open sale priced from £22 for Adults, £14 for Seniors and 18-21 year-olds, £9 for Juniors aged 17 and under.
