Rovers will assess the fitness of Craig Conway after the winger picked up a knock on Monday.
Conway limped out of the 1-0 win over Newcastle United towards the end of the first half at Ewood Park with a suspected hamstring strain.
Speaking after the match, boss Owen Coyle admitted that they'll have to wait and see how Conway is, but the injury could rule the Scot out of next Saturday's FA Cup match at Queens Park Rangers.
"Craig will be assessed by our medical team so we'll have to see how his hamstring is," said the manager.
"It may be that he won't be fit for next weekend, but we could use the cup match to give others some game time."
