Mowbray looking forward to Ewood bow

28 February 2017

Tony Mowbray is eagerly looking forward to his first Ewood experience as Blackburn Rovers manager.

After taking charge in last Friday's 1-1 draw with Burton Albion, he'll be in the home dugout for the first time when Rovers take on Derby County this Tuesday evening.

"Of course I'm looking forward to it, I look forward to every game to be honest," said the manager.

"There's always a percentage of trepidation in your mind because you want it to go well, you want the team to perform, you want it to reflect all the hard work that has gone into the evening.

"We'll go and give it everything we've got and hope that we can get a positive result.

"I've good memories of playing and managing at Ewood Park in the past, so hopefully that can continue on Tuesday night."

Tickets for tonight's match against Derby are on open sale until the 7.45pm kick-off priced from £18 Adults, £12 Seniors/18-21 year-olds, and from £7 for Juniors aged 17 and under.

Reserve your seat today by booking online at www.eticketing.co.uk/onerovers, in store at the Roverstore, Ewood Park, or by phoning the call centre on 01254 372000.
