Rovers boss Tony Mowbray and captain Charlie Mulgrew have been nominated for the Sky Bet Manager and Player of the Month awards for November.
Mowbray guided the team to fourth spot in the League One table courtesy of four wins from four games, in a superb month that saw Rovers record great away victories at Bury (3-0), Oxford (4-2) and Blackpool (4-2), as well as beating Bristol Rovers 2-1 at home.
The Rovers boss is up against Scunthorpe United's Graham Alexander, who also has a 100% record in November, Portsmouth manager Kenny Jackett and Walsall's Jon Whitney for the monthly prize.
It is the second time this season that Mowbray has been shortlisted for the Manager of the Month award, having lost out to Shrewsbury boss Paul Hurst in September.
Captain Mulgrew enjoyed an outstanding November, leading by example and skippering the side to four straight wins.
He helped the team keep a clean sheet at Bury, before weighing in with four goals himself to take him to the top of the club's league scoring charts and make him the highest scoring defender in the country with seven strikes.
Mulgrew netted twice in the win at Oxford, before equalising from the spot at home to Bristol Rovers and then scoring a fantastic free-kick at Blackpool.
He is up against Scunthorpe stopper Matt Gilks, who conceded just once in four games in November, Wigan midfielder Max Power, who claimed two assists, and Oxford United striker Wes Thomas, who netted three goals, for the top honour.
It is the third month in succession that a Rovers player has been nominated for the Sky Bet Player of the Month prize after Richie Smallwood was shortlisted for the September award and Bradley Dack the October accolade.
The winner of each award will be announced on Friday morning.
