Manager Tony Mowbray heaped yet more praise on defender Charlie Mulgrew after the Rovers skipper scored in the fourth league game in succession.
Mulgrew netted the vital equaliser just three minutes after the break in Rovers' 3-2 victory away to Peterborough to take his remarkable goal tally for the season to eight.
Just as he did in the recent win at Oxford, Mulgrew popped up at the back post from a corner to force the ball over the line.
The Scotland international had been named the Sky Bet League One Player of the Month for November after scoring four times in a memorable month for both the player and the team, and Mowbray was delighted to see him continue his fine run of form at the ABAX Stadium.
"It's more than just being lucky, you've got to have a football brain to anticipate somebody to miss it and expect to be in the right position," said the Rovers boss.
"He's scored a few penalties, he's scored a few free-kicks, he's scored a few tap-ins at the back stick.
"I'm delighted for whoever scores them, but it's great for Charlie."
