Rovers have completed their second deadline day deal with the signing of promising defender Sam Hart from Liverpool.
The 20-year-old left-back arrives at Ewood Park for an undisclosed fee, putting pen-to-paper on a two-year deal.
Bolton-born, Hart came through Manchester United's Academy ranks before moving to Merseyside during the 2012-13 campaign at the age of 16.
He quickly progressed from Liverpool's Under-18s to become a regular for their development squad.
An athletic defender who loves to get forward, Hart featured for Jurgen Klopp's senior side in a pre-season friendly against Mainz last summer, before gaining valuable first team experience on loan at Port Vale.
The full-back made 16 appearances for the Valiants during his six-month stay in League One last season, scoring one goal - against his hometown team - before returning to the Reds in January.
Hart becomes Rovers' 11th summer signing and second on deadline day following the arrival of midfielder Rekeem Harper from West Brom.
