Back by popular demand, Blackburn Rovers is hosting a free Open Day with the first team squad at Ewood Park from 10am today.
The Open Day has proven to be a huge hit with Rovers supporters in previous seasons, with those in attendance having a unique opportunity to see manager Tony Mowbray put the players through their paces ahead of the League One trip to Bradford City this weekend.
Blackburn Rovers Community Trust will have a strong presence at the Open Day, with the club’s much-loved mascot Rover the Dog in attendance and the inflatable penalty challenge set up to test those fans who think they can take a penalty like the pros.
But the fun doesn't stop there - The GAME Room, which proved to be an instant success with supporters following its launch last season, will be open throughout the day for fans to play FIFA 17.
Young supporters can have their faces painted in the traditional blue-and-white halves to show their true colours, plus there is much more in store.
The first team training session will commence at 10.30am on the Ewood surface, before the squad will head over to the Blackburn Rovers Community Trust Family Stand to meet supporters, sign autographs and pose for photos.
The famous Premier League trophy, which Rovers lifted in 1995, will be in Blues Bar, along with goalkeeper David Raya and forward Ben Gladwin, who will be special guests from 11.45am-12.30pm.
Fellow summer signings Bradley Dack and Dominic Samuel, who has netted twice in his last two games, will be across the way serving supporters in the Roverstore at the same time.
So, for some free family fun and an opportunity to meet your favourite players, come down to Ewood Park today!
