Rovers could welcome Danny Graham back to the squad for Saturday's match against Barnsley.

The Rovers top scorer hasn't featured for the first team since undergoing a minor operation on a troublesome groin injury during the international break, missing the away matches against Brighton and Reading in the process.

But the striker has returned to full training and provided there isn't a reaction, he could be in the 18 for the match at Ewood Park.

"Danny Graham trained fully with the group on Thursday so we'll assess what are his chances for the weekend," revealed the Rovers boss.

"If there is no reaction from training then I can't see why he won't be involved against Barnsley on Saturday and hopefully push on from there.

"He's had a little procedure to relieve some of the pain there and hopefully he comes back fighting on all cylinders. As a fit, hungry, mobile Danny Graham can somedays run riot and other days nick a goal that can be important for us, so the sooner he is 100% and back to help the team the better.

"Gordon Greer isn't available yet, he's going to be another couple of weeks, he'll probably get back on the grass in 10-12 days and then be available for selection."

Tickets for Saturday's match against Barnsley are on open sale priced from £18 for Adults, £12 for Seniors and 18-21 year-olds, from £7 for Juniors aged 17 and under.
