Tony Mowbray could have a near full-strength squad to select from for Saturday's match against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
In a timely boost ahead of the final three matches of the season, Rovers were only without Corry Evans in training this Thursday.
With Jason Steele, Darragh Lenihan, Gordon Greer, Danny Graham and Charlie Mulgrew all returning, the manager could have a few selection headaches on his hands if they all report no problems ahead of the game.
"A few of the lads were out on the grass today with their boots on training," revealed the Rovers boss.
"But the big test will be when they come in tomorrow morning, whether they have a reaction. Many times a footballer will think they he's okay and go and train then come in the next all stiff and back to square one.
"But today, Darragh trained, Charlie trained, Danny Graham trained, Jason Steele trained, Gordon Greer trained. So we weren't far away from a full squad of players today.
"Corry Evans isn't training at the moment, but generally it was a pretty big squad, probably numbers-wise the biggest I've had to work with since I've been here.
"Lets hope it is positive news tomorrow for us that they feel well enough to get on the bus and travel and then we'll try and pick a team that will go and give Wolves some problems."
