After a difficult run of matches on the road, boss Tony Mowbray knows that Rovers have to remain focused on the job in hand for the last six games of the season.

Away matches at Brighton and Reading saw them slip to back-to-back losses, but the boss knows that they have to put those results behind them and concentrate on getting all three points against Barnsley at Ewood Park this Saturday.

"We have to focus, we have got six games to go," the manager told Rovers PlayerHD.

"Either side of the international break we had a really tough fixture list I have to say. Norwich and Fulham away followed by Brighton and Reading away, so it was always going to be tough.

"We have to put this patch of games behind us now and really focus on the next six football matches where we have to pick up points and win some matches.

"Whoever is on the pitch, whoever is wearing that blue and white shirt, we will make sure that we give everything and hopefully get the job done.

"Let's put this difficult run of games behind us now and look to Saturday and do what we have to do."

Tickets for Saturday' match are on open sale priced from £18 for Adults, £12 for Seniors and 18-21 year-olds, from £7 for Juniors aged 17 and under.

Book online now at, in store at Ewood Park, or via our call centre on 01254 372000.
