Boss Owen Coyle is hopeful that Tommie Hoban can shake off the knock he received in Tuesday's match at Leeds United.

The on-loan defender sustained a hip injury midway through the second half at Elland Road and was unable to continue.

But the manager is optimistic that there isn't any lasting damage to the bang the defender received and that he could be fit to face Rotherham United at Ewood Park this Saturday.

"We are always hopeful because he has shown to be a very good player," said Coyle.

"He's done very well for us since he has come in so fingers crossed he will be available for Saturday. But we'll just have to wait and see how the next couple of days develops on that."

Tickets for Saturday's game against the Millers are on open sale up until the 3.00pm kick-off.

Prices start from just £18 for Adults, £12 for 18-21-year-olds and seniors aged 65 and over, whilst Juniors aged 17 and under can see the game from just £7.

Book now online at, or buy at the Roverstore, Ewood Park, or by calling the ticket office on 01254 372000.
