Team news from Elland Road as Rovers take on Leeds United in the third round of the EFL Cup...

As expected, Rovers have made nine changes for this evening's ELF Cup third round tie with Leeds United.

Just captain Jason Lowe and striker Sam Gallagher retain their places from Saturday's win as Rovers make the swift return to Elland Road.

David Raya starts in goal with a back four of Lowe, Darragh Lenihan, Scott Wharton and Stephen Hendrie. Jack Byrne and Hope Akpan will be in the centre of midfield with Liam Feeney and Martin Samuelsen on the flanks. The Norwegian making his first start.

Elliott Bennett is expected to play up front with Gallagher. 

The hosts have made seven changes from their weekend victory at Cardiff City.

LEEDS: Silvestri, Phillips, O'Kane, Roofe, Antonsson, Bartley, Coyle, Mowatt, Taylor, Cooper (c), Viera.

Subs: Green (GK), Ayling, Wood, Dallas, Grimes, Hernandez, Denton.
