Owen Coyle insists Rovers have to keep their momentum going with another important game this Tuesday night with the visit of Sheffield Wednesday to Ewood Park.

After back-to-back league wins over Rotherham United and Derby County the manager believes Rovers are heading in the right direction, but that consistency is the key.

"We know that whether we are at home or away we are capable of scoring goals," said Coyle.

"We are pleasing on the eye, we are quick, we are incisive, we pass and move well, and that is what we have got to keep building.

"We've got to keep building a team that can win games, but hopefully one that the supporters will enjoy watching.

"We've shown that we can be a decent team in the Championship but we have to now do is to do it consistently. If that is the standard then we've got to bring that every week.

"Momentum is huge in the Championship and we know that we've got to keep that going."
