Elliott Bennett doesn't expect to come straight back into the starting line-up this afternoon against Derby County after his return to action in midweek.
The versatile midfielder had been out since sustaining a hamstring injury on the opening weekend of the season, but came through 90 minutes in Rovers' EFL third round clash with Leeds United on Tuesday.
Bennett was in the stands at Ewood to see Rovers defeat Rotherham 4-2 last time out in the league, and believes those that played that day deserve their place in the starting XI against the Rams.
"The lads that won on Saturday fully deserve the shirt with a great win at the weekend and hopefully they can continue that on Saturday with the lads that played against Leeds pushing in training every day and supporting," said Bennett.
"We've got to be together as a group, it doesn't matter whether you are on the bench, starting, or you are in the squad, we are a group and we all need to do well.
"The lads that won last Saturday were fantastic, there is no reason for them to come out of the team - that is just the way it is. You've got to be patient and wait for your turn and when that chance comes around you've got to grab it with both hands."
Tickets for Saturday's match will be on sale from Derby's away ticket office from 1.30pm, but fans should note that prices rise on the day to £28.50 for Adults, £20 Seniors and £16.50 Juniors.
Blues Bar will be open from 10am on Saturday for fans who are travelling on official coach travel to Derby.
