Owen Coyle hopes that Rovers can build on last weekend's win over Rotherham United when they take on Derby County tomorrow.
After claiming their first three points of the season, Rovers now travel to the iPro Stadium to take on the Rams.
The Rovers boss is expecting another tough encounter, but believes that if the Blues can put in the same attacking display this Saturday, then another positive result can be claimed.
"We go to difficult venue in Derby, a fantastic club who have invested heavily in their squad over a number of years," said Coyle.
"But if we can perform to our level then we know that we are capable of going there and getting a positive result and that is what we will look to do in order to get more points on the board.
"We'll be positive, we've got to look at what is available to us in terms of the players we have and how can we impose ourselves on the game.
"We also accept that if we set up with an attack-minded group going into the game then we are going to give some chances up to the opposition.
"What we've got to do is make sure that we are really nailed on in terms of our shape against the ball and tight as a unit and that we are not giving up too many opportunities.
"If we can do that then we know we have the players who can hurt the opposition, so it is a very fine balance.
"But given how well we played against Rotherham and how much we put into the game then we've got to try to continue on the front foot to try and win games."
Tickets for Saturday's match will be on sale at Ewood until 3.30pm on Friday, priced at £25.50 Adults, £18.00 Seniors 65+, and £14.50 for Under 18’s.
After that supporters can buy on the day at Derby from the away ticket office from 1.30pm, but should note that prices rise on the day to £28.50 for Adults, £20 Seniors and £16.50 Juniors.
