Owen Coyle believes Rovers have a real talent in striker Sam Gallagher.
The on-loan forward took his goal tally for this season to six goals with his stunning first half strike against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday.
The Rovers boss has been delighted with the 21-year-old's contribution in a blue and white shirt and feels he can go on to have a fine footballing career.
"It was outstanding, the finish was great," Coyle told Radio Rovers after the match on Saturday. "The whole build-up was great and then obviously it came back from Lowe and it is a wonderful finish from a supreme young talent, somebody who is only going to get better as we move forward.
"He is certainly getting better, there is no doubt about that. There is still a lot of things that we can teach him and try and fine-tune him and polish him up a little bit.
"We think we can improve when it comes to ball retention and bringing midfield in, but he's big, strong, athletic, he is quick and he can score a goal.
"I do believe he is going to be a bona fide Premier League player in time but for this season, we'll help him and he'll help us at Blackburn Rovers.
"It is great to see a young talent like that performing so well."
Gallagher and Rovers are back in action next Saturday when they travel to take on Aston Villa.
