Rovers fans have the chance to vote for Danny Graham’s stunning team goal against Derby County in September’s Sky Bet Championship Goal of the Month awards.

After an uninterrupted 25-pass move that involved all of Rovers’ outfield players with the exception of Tommie Hoban, Marvin Emnes slipped a neat pass through to Graham, who duly obliged in slotting a cool right-foot finish past Scott Carson in the Derby goal.

It was a goal which ensured a superb five-minute turnaround at the iPro Stadium and gifted Rovers their first away win of the season.
Also in the running for September’s Sky Bet Championship Goal of the Month are two other quite contrasting goals.
Barnsley’s on-loan striker Adam Armstrong produced a superb display of improvised skill to beat Preston North End and former Rovers defender Alex Baptiste, before curling a neat left-foot shot beyond the outstretched keeper.
Rovers were on the receiving end of the final contender’s goal, as Tjaronn Chery’s fantastic free-kick at Loftus road from the beginning of September rounds up the three nominees.
Voting closes on Tuesday October 11th at 6pm. Rovers fans can vote for their chosen goal of the month Danny Graham’s goal by following this link:
