Rovers welcome Danny Graham back into the squad for Saturday's trip to Villa Park.
The Rovers striker, who hasn't been involved since picking up a groin injury against Aston Villa's city rivals Birmingham back at the beginning of October, returned to full training on Monday and comes into contention for the weekend.
Charlie Mulgrew is also fit to face Steve Bruce's side despite coming off against Wolves last time out, as his early action prevented injury.
"Danny Graham has trained well with the group this week so with that in mind he'll certainly be added to the squad," Coyle told Rovers PlayerHD.
"Charlie will be available for Aston Villa. The intention last week at Wolves was for him to be on the bench, but given the injuries, he wanted to be out there to help the team.
"We always knew the best we would get would be 60 minutes, but he managed to get through a few minutes after that.
"He's trained very well this week and he is certainly in a far better position to see the game out and then build it from there.
"Derrick Williams improves daily, but obviously given the extent of the hamstring injury it was always going to be a period of time for that.
"The long-term ones still remain, Adam Henley and Elliott Ward are still out. Wes Brown has managed to train some days with the group but still needs some games under his belt now.
"So that is where we are, we've never had that luxury of having everybody available, but we have to make sure that the ones that we do have available are ready to give their very best going into a big game on Saturday."
Tickets for Saturday's match are currently on open sale priced at £25 for Adults, £15 for Seniors and Under-21s, £10 for Under-8s.
