Jack Byrne will be hoping to get some minutes under his belt when the Republic of Ireland Under-21s take on Czech Republic this evening.
The midfielder, who is on loan from Manchester City, is part of Noel King's 22-man squad for a five-day training camp in La Manga, Spain.
The warm weather camp is part of Ireland's preparation for the 2019 UEFA Under-21 European Championship qualifying campaign.
Byrne, who has found first team opportunities limited at Rovers in recent weeks, will be eager for some game time when Ireland take on their Czech counterparts at 5.30pm tonight.
The Irish then face Slovakia in another international friendly on Tuesday.
