Rovers' youngster Connor Mahoney has been nominated for the Premier League 2 Player of the Month award for October.
The 19-year-old has been a regular for Damien Johnson's side this season, and has featured in all of the development squad's matches last month.
Mahoney is one of five players selected as a result of PL2 managers nominating the best individual performance from each of their opposing teams throughout the past month.
The other shortlisted candidates are Todd Cantwell (Norwich City), Paolo Fernandes (Manchester City), Domingos Quina (West Ham) and Thibaud Verlinden (Stoke City).
The winner of the award will be announced on 18 November.
