Paul Lambert is hoping that Rovers can make the most of their improving home form when they take on Birmingham City at Ewood Park this evening.
Victory over Gary Rowett's side tonight would be a fourth consecutive home win in the league for the Rovers, but the manager knows it won't be easy against a Birmingham outfit within touching distance of the top six.
"It is an opportunity to win four games on the bounce at home," Lambert told Rovers Player.
"It is a hard game but the pleasing thing for myself is we are playing really well going into it.
"Gary has done very well, I've seen them live a couple of times, and Rob (Kelly) and Alan (Irvine) have also seen them.
"But we are at home, we are playing very well, I know it is a tough game but we have to impose ourselves."
The last three games at Ewood have seen Rovers score eight goals from six different players with Lambert delighted that they've been able to spread the goals around the team.
He added: "With our side there is a threat, there is creativity in the midfield now and there's a work ethic and good play. If you add all that together you've got a chance.
"It doesn't matter what department of the team you are in, you need your goalkeeper to play well, your back four to be strong and resolute, your midfield to go and fetch and carry and creativity, and you need strikers to put the ball in the net. It is a mixture of everything.
"But I think the pleasing thing is that we don't rely on one person to get us a goal."
