Jason Steele has called for a repeat performance and result of Tuesday's win over Middlesbrough when Rovers take on Burnley this afternoon.
The Rovers keeper believes the win over the Boro can provide the perfect tonic as they face another side at the top of the table.
Steele also feels that Saturday's match is a chance to put things right after Rovers undeservedly tasted defeat in the corresponding fixture at Ewood back in October.
"We can start looking up now and seeing where we can get to and keep setting targets and our first one is three points on Saturday," Steele told Radio Rovers.
"It is important that we go there and put a few wrongs right because we should have beaten them at home. So we are all looking forward to that.
"I think at the home game we were bitterly disappointed but I remember we got a standing ovation off the pitch, that is how good we were that day.
"So I think that we are more than capable of going there and getting something."
The Clarets are flying high at the moment but Steele believes that Rovers have shown recent weeks that they can be a match of anybody in this division.
He added: "You look at the recent results and barring Hull, who I think were a class above the day we played them, we've been to Derby and should have got something. We've beaten Middlesbrough who could have gone top if they had won, but we were more than worthy winners.
"So hopefully we can go there and be the same on Saturday."
