The fixtures for the newly-titled Premier League 2 have now been announced.

The format of the league, which switches to be an Under-23 competition, remains unchanged from previous seasons with two 12-team divisions with each side playing 22 games during the season.

Rovers, like a number of clubs, are still waiting for the Premier League to sanction the alternative venue, where the majority of our home games will take place this season.

In accordance with competition regulations, three of the eleven home games have to be played at Ewood Park, which are Rovers vs Norwich City on Monday 12th September, West Bromwich Albion on Monday 10th April and Aston Villa on Monday 24th April, with all three games kicking off at 7.00pm.
