Paul Lambert has called on the Rovers fans to fill Ewood Park in tomorrow's FA Cup tie with West Ham.
More than 17,000 tickets have been sold for the big match, with the manager ready to enjoy a charged cup atmosphere.
The Rovers boss has experienced a full Ewood both as a player and as an opposition manager and can't wait to hear the roar of the home support on Sunday.
"We are going to need the fans on Sunday because West Ham will bring a big contingent up thats for sure," said the Rovers boss. "So we are going to need ours to get right behind us.
"I think it will be a cracking atmosphere on Sunday, I'm looking forward to it myself to see what Ewood can be really like when it is full.
"I've been here with Celtic and it was full, and more. And I've been here with Norwich. So I've seen it from both sides as a player and a manager.
"Since I've been here I've yet to see it so it is something that I am looking forward to. I am looking forward to seeing the stadium the way it should be.
"These are the games you want. You want this every week this feeling and the way the stadium is going to be, you want that every time."
Fans who haven't yet purchased their tickets for Sunday's match are advised to get them well in advance of the 2.00pm kick-off as large queues at the ticket office are anticipated.
